 Chris Powell was the buyer's agent on a canceled contract to sell my home. He used the neighborhood review clause with no details, or reasons for canceling the contract. The house is in a nice quite newer neighborhood in N Richland. Basically, he used this clause to get his client out of the contract without losing their earnest money. He also waited two days after writing the cancelation to inform my agent. I feel that these actions are both dishonest and unprofessional. I have to wonder what the point of earnest money is if an agent can behave in this manner.

 Kathy did a great job assisting us in selling our home and purchasing a new home. She helped us get our home ready to show and get a fair price. I really appreiciated her help in evaluating the offers we received yet letting us make our own decision. In both selling and buying, she was quick to get back to us with any question we had. Within hours we had answers to our questions about the house we were buying. We could not have done it without her help. She is a great agent to work with.
